These Terms govern your use of the LumenFrost Studio website, including articles, events, galleries, subscriptions and related services. By using this website, creating an account, subscribing, or booking services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Bookings & Payments

• Quotes are valid for a limited period and subject to availability.
• Bookings are confirmed once agreed in writing and any required deposit is received.
• Remaining balances are due as agreed on your invoice/booking confirmation.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. Refunds and rescheduling terms depend on the type of booking, notice period, and any non-recoverable costs already incurred.

4. Deliverables

• Delivery timelines vary by package and season; we will confirm an estimated timeframe.
• Editing style is part of our creative service; raw files are not typically provided unless agreed.
• Client download ZIPs (if provided) may be protected by password and may expire if storage limits require.

5. Accounts & Comments

• If you create a user account, you’re responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• Comments are visible publicly. Don’t post personal data you don’t want shared.
• We may remove comments that are abusive, illegal, spam, or otherwise inappropriate.

6. Password-Protected Pages

Some galleries or event pages may be locked behind a password. If you share the password, you’re responsible for who can access the content. We may use access cookies to remember unlocked pages on your device.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, LumenFrost retains copyright in all images/videos. Clients receive a licence to use deliverables for personal or business purposes as agreed. Redistribution/sale may require written consent.

8. Website Use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with security or performance.

9. Advertising

The site may show sponsor banners or third‑party ads. Advertisers are responsible for their content and links. We don’t endorse advertised products unless explicitly stated.

10. Liability

We provide the website and services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability where unlawful.
